These are launch-stage service terms and should be reviewed by counsel as paid checkout, subscriptions, expert-network participation and enterprise contracts are activated.
Free help
Basic AI help can be offered without required payment. Availability is not guaranteed and free help is generally intended for quick questions, triage and guidance rather than unlimited implementation labor.
Optional contributions
Optional donations or contributions may be accepted to support the service. Unless specifically stated otherwise, they are not represented as tax-deductible charitable donations.
Premium pricing
Displayed premium prices are starting points and standard structures, not a promise that every engagement will be offered at exactly that amount. Scope, timing, complexity, travel, staffing and custom terms may change the final quote.
Subscriptions
Normal access subscriptions are intended to be prepaid month-to-month and cancel anytime. Longer prepaid arrangements may receive preferred pricing but are optional. Dedicated staffing, reserved resources and custom projects may use separate project agreements.
Unused time
Where a plan includes defined time, qualifying unused value may be convertible under that plan into a quarterly strategy review, expert-network credit or written AI assessment. Unlimited rollover is not implied.
Business-building engagements
The public business-building category has a $100,000 minimum engagement. Equity, revenue share, joint venture and partnership terms are negotiated separately and are never automatic.
